What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is an exercise method using a reformer, consisting of a moving carriage attached to springs of varying resistance levels. By performing a series of controlled movements, individuals can engage different muscle groups to build strength, while also working on balance, coordination, flexibility and mind-body awareness.
