Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Spring Reform. Please read the below policies.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Spring Reform membership plans will be automatically renewed at the end of the initial 3 month contract period (consisting of 12 weekly payments, debited from your nominated bank account or credit card). After your initial 3 month contract has been completed, it will then continue on a month to month basis (billed weekly) unless you cancel prior to your third month.

Your membership, depending on the plan purchased, is based on either 2x, 3x or 5x reformer pilates classes per week. These classes will be provided to you, in total, at the start of each week and sessions have a one week expiry. This means, if you have not used all of the sessions during the week they will be forfeited (unused classes do not roll-over or accumulate from week to week).

Membership cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership at the end of the initial 3 months or anytime after, you must email 7 days prior to your third payment to meet the 1 month’s cancellation policy.

Memberships can be suspended for up to 8 weeks with a 2 week minimum suspension. During that time you will be unable to book classes.

From time to time, your membership payment may change due to increases in costs outside of our control. Spring Reform will endeavour to minimise this, however you will receive one month’s notice of this change.

Should your monthly payments decline because of card problems, security reasons or funding issues, we have the right to apply a fee of $15.00 to your account to cover the costs of charges incurred by Spring Reform from the card processing merchants. Please ensure your card details are up to date to prevent a declined payment fee being charged.

General Studio Policies

Purchases including introductory packs, single, 5, 10, 25, 50 and teen 10 pack class passes all have expiry periods. Please ensure you are aware of relevant expiry periods.

Spring Reform does not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. Spring Reform may provide an extension to expiry dates or offer a store credit at their discretion. There may be an additional surcharge for this to cover the cost of merchant fees.

Group class late cancellation, no show and waitlist policy

Any group class that is cancelled by you within 8 hours of that class being scheduled, will be considered a ‘late cancel’ and that session will be deducted from your membership plan or class purchase/pack. Any group class that you book and fail to attend, is considered a no show and will be deducted from your membership plan or class purchase/pack. Any class that you fail to confirm or deny a position on a waitlist, will be deducted from your membership plan or class purchase/pack. Please ensure your mobile notifications are switched on, to receive waitlist messages

Booking policy

All classes and sessions can be booked 21 days in advance.

In the event Spring Reform has to cancel a class for any reason or make changes to the timetable, any classes cancelled may be credited back to your membership or class purchase/pack. Spring Reform reserves the right to change or substitute any instructor and every effort will be made to notify you of any changes, where possible.

Spring Reform may close for Christmas, Easter, other Public Holidays or any other day at their discretion.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the above studio policies, and membership terms and conditions. You also agree to pay the membership as per the terms set out in your contract.
