Do I need a GP referral?
No. Private patients do not need a Doctor’s referral to attend. Just book your appointment online.

What types of Health Insurance do you accept?
All health funds are accepted.
HICAPS and Eftpos are available
How much do appointments cost?
All adult initial consultations are $92, children $68.
Subsequent consultations are adults $85, Children $62
Extended consultations (for 2 or more problem areas) are $128.
Private Health Insurance Rebates apply and can be processed via HICAPS at the time of the appointment.
Do you treat adolescents?
Spring Reform offers treatment for children and teens in a fun and relaxed way. More than this, we also offer teen-only pilates classes to help teens discover a love of exercise and strengthen their young bodies.
Do you help people living with cancer?
Spring Reform are one of few Pilates and Physio studios experienced in developing personalised exercise programs for individuals during and after cancer treatment. As a small local business, we care and listen - please contact us and we will discuss your holistic needs.
Exercise is an important part of cancer management as it can ease the severity of adverse side effects from treatment and improve quality of life. The sooner you start an exercise program, the greater the potential benefit.
